About Juliana. The Heart Behind Empowher
Empowher was born out of my own journey, one of faith, resilience, and transformation.
As an immigrant and once a single mother, I faced life with little support and many responsibilities. Between earning my master’s degree, working full-time, providing for my son, and trying to hold everything together, I often felt exhausted and uncertain. I kept asking myself: How do I move forward? How do I build a life that reflects my values and purpose?
Out of that struggle came a desire to change, to rebuild, to unlearn what no longer served me, and to believe again. Empowher began as my personal quest to grow through faith, community, and self-discovery. Along the way, I realized that empowerment is about giving yourself permission to evolve, to trust the process, and to walk with grace.
Today, I’m blessed with a loving family and three wonderful children, and Empowher has become a space where women can rise together, share their stories, and support one another in creating lives rooted in balance, confidence, and purpose.
Whether it’s through wellness coaching, community connection, or leadership development, my goal is to help women, like you, rediscover their strength and pursue the dreams that have always lived within them.

Our Story
Empowher was born from a simple belief: when women are given the right tools, guidance, and community, they can transform not only their own lives but also the lives of their families and the world around them.
What began as my personal journey to find wellness, education, and meaningful connection has grown into a movement rooted in faith, leadership, and empowerment. Along the way, I’ve witnessed incredible stories of resilience, courage, and transformation, living proof that true change happens when women rise together.
Every event, workshop, and resource we create is built from that same vision: to make empowerment not just inspiring, but attainable, practical, and life-changing for women from all walks of life.
Today, Empowher continues to grow in both impact and reach, uniting women across generations, creating space for new voices, and opening doors for the next wave of leaders.
